What is included in the weekly rent?
The rent includes all utilities – water, electric, garbage and WiFi. Free laundry service as well for your convenience.

Yes. With 24 hour access to the building, suite sharing is made easier and makes it even more cost effective.
How is the salon suite equipped?
Each salon suite is fully equipped with everything you need to run a professional salon. Equipment includes styling chair, shampoo bowl, high end cabinetry with quartz counter tops, and LED lighted station mirror. Main salon lighting is full color spectrum LED can lights that can be tailored to your lighting preference.
What will it cost to start?
Unlike other salon suites, we require only the security deposit at the time of lease signing. Weekly rent is due when you open your salon.
